Setting Forth!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Adam Smith. I grew up in a small town in Kansas. My Mom and Dad helped to kindle my love of the outdoors. With wonderful exposure to the outdoors and nature as a kid. They took me Camping, Foraging, Hunting, Hiking, Canoeing, and fishing. So many of these experiences were special memories that have formed my love of the outdoors. I also fell deeply in love with cooking, From the age of 14 I knew what I wanted to be “when I grew up”. Now, I want to share what I have learned as a professional Chef with you, my reader, so that maybe some of the skills I learned can make great camping food and experiences a little easier for you.
