New Recipe: Smoked Salmon Bagels

Check Out these yummy breakfast bagels Kim and I got a taste for last time we went out:
We love these little guys. They are really quick. Really easy, and they clean up without water.
When we want to get going quickly in the morning they are a great choice.
They are pretty high in sodium but that isn't necessarily a bad thing when you are out camping. Your body really needs salt to function properly and in the wild you lose sodium through sweat and perspiration, whether you notice it or not you lose a lot of it while camping.
In the picture above we opted not to have the pickled red onions but I really like them with smoked salmon. I just didn't take the time to have any ready this go 'round
