We made them at Yeoman Park Campground this last weekend. I spoiled Kim and our friends after their 12 mile hike to Charles Lake with French Fries fried in the Dutch-oven over the campfire. Also, it took a lot longer than I anticipated to get the fries as crispy as I like. But man were they good!

Note: Frying in camp is super dangerous and takes a lot of attention. I wouldn't really recommend it in camp where there are lots of kids.
