Kim & I go to REI

With a title like that, we are sure to spend some money right? and in this case yes we did, but not on the things you might think. we took the opportunity to look into all kinds of stuff but we only got a couple things to add to our kit.

Namely, we got a new camp soap that is supposed to help with insects, Kim got some new silverware for her mess kit, hammock straps and a couple more compact towels. I'm always amazed about how much stuff there is out there for camping and it reminds me how much stuff I could put to good use. Here are some pics of the stuff we bought:
